Following her successful 20-year career with Kawasaki corporate, Jan transitioned into her second career as a powersports recruiter for the motorcycle, powersports and marine industries. Since founding ACTION Recruiting nine years ago, Jan has supported over 200 clients nationwide, leveraging her deep passion for the industry with her career-long dedication to helping others reach their full potential.

An avid adventure seeker, Jan enjoys running, hiking, riding motorcycles, wake surfing behind her prized 2013 Wakesetter 22 MXZ, and snowboarding over fluffy powder when Mother Nature and her schedule cooperate.
